    Customer tells me it won’t start up..there are 2 bleeps then nothing, on opening the door there are 10 bleeps. any advice would be welcome. john

    Something stuck in the pump maybe? Two beeps to let you program has started (but if pump jammed won’t do much else) and ten beeps to let you know the door is open. So no real fault code as such.
