    Hello ,

    please can someone advise, i have a smeg DF410 S which fails to work when turned on no LEDS work and the machine bleeps .there are no error codes to work on and cannot find anyway of resetting the pcb any ideas would be appreciated 🙂

    Check that the door latch is not in the closed position – no display/leds if so.

    Thanks for reply,

    i have checked the n/o contacts on the door switch and both are ok , i managed to get the “push button on” LED to light up with no bleeps through some random button pushing 🙂 is there a sequence to perform a reset on this model?

    There is a reset procedure – ‘smeg AND reset’ in Search ought to find it. However, it does usually only solve one specific problem and yours isn’t it. There are two standard, recurrent problems on SMEG machines. These are the solenoid on the soap dispenser breaking down, and the mains suppressor going bang. Both will corrupt the PCB programming……
