Hi there i’ve just signed up as i have an issue with my dishwasher.
I went to turn it on the other day and it doesn’t power up.
The rinse aid light was on but nothing else, i put rinse aid in it and the light went off.I’ve checked the obvious like the fuse and the socket its in and all is good.
I’ve even had the control panel off to check the switch which i think is working. as i have voltage on the switch when on and its dead when off.
Could it be the controller PCB, i’d like to fix it myself but fear it will be an engineer job.
Does anyone have any thoughts please as i hate washing up!!! 👿

If you’ve got power at and through the switch, the next component in line is the PCB……… Typically £130 – £170 – be very sure if you are going to replace it.
Future readers should be aware that UKWhitegoods does not condone any form of live testing – a continuity test with a test meter would have sufficed in this instance.
