Smeg DF410SF7 Dishwasher – Leaking at bottom of door (R&L)

Hi there, I’d really appreciate some help with this.

Dishwasher is leaking (significantly) at bottom left and right of door.

I’ve run the machine on a rinse programme with the casing off, and the water bubbles out at the bottom left and right corners about 5 minutes into this cycle – If I open the door at this point, the bottom has several inches of water in it.

I have replaced the bottom seal, and cleaned and inspected the ‘goal posts’ seal (looks perfecty sound)I cannot detect any cracks in the washer arm, and the unit is level. The waste pipe if free from kinks, and the filter is clear, however the problem persists. This fault started completely out of the blue.

I have sliced my fingers to pieces dismantling the stainless steel casing, so I won’t rest until I’ve won. Please help,
