    hi my dishwasher is not getting the dishes clean. Everything appears to be working but the dishes at the bottom are coming out dirty,it would appear that the water pressure is too low. I have changed the cap on the motor but this has not made any change, checked that everything is clean and fitted correctly apart from getting a new motor what shall i try next before she buys a new one? 🙁

    Wait for the machine to finish filling and start to circulate. Pop the door open, quickly – you should get wet and see water (briefly) from both rotors. If you don’t, the impellor may well have sheared off the shaft in the motor.

    Pump housing and impellor is available as a spare part.

    done that, getting water from both impellers but not getting wet. seems to be plenty of water in machine though, dishes till not clean.
