Hi Dave, it’s a DF612 SE.

What’s wrong with it ?

have emailed you a few things

if its the early type of programmer a known fault is the power supply cap on the board
machine will run till heater cuts in when board will crash and programme starts again

I really appreciate you sending the service manual. I was hoping that it’d have electrical diagrams including the layout of the PCB.

I’ve got a customer who tried a DIY repair by replacing a blown board. The live/neutral connector had melted and the board was destroyed. He didn’t take a picture of which way round they were inserted into the board and threw the melted plug away. I’m off to refit the new PCB he has bought but wanted to be sure I got the wiring correct when I fit spade connectors to them.
