Has this model for around 6 years now, I’m suprised its lasted until now. But recently its threw up the E6 error code, looked the manual up and understood that it was a water pump out malfunction.
Now upon opening the dishwasher there is no water lying at the bottom or in the drain, so it seems to be pumping out just fine. I then got busy with work for around a week and decided to try the dishwasher again at the weekend. Completed a full cycle – no problems. Set again on the Sunday evening and come down in the morning to find the E6 code again.
Since then I have removed the pump, checked it for blockages, as well as the hose and nothing?
I’m now completly stumped as to what is wrong with the machine? I’m starting to believe something is getting wet, which triggers the error and after leaving it for a few days it dries out and works again before getting wet?
Look forward to hearing your suggestions.
