Smeg DF613PBL – No error codes, just 3 dashes on display?!

Hi all,

First post on here, so please bare with.

Bought a refurbished Smeg DF613PBL about 6 weeks ago, and has worked as you’d expect with no issues.

Woke up today with the dishwasher displaying 3 dashes on the front display, and by the looks of the stuff inside, it didn’t finish washing/cleaning either.

There are no error codes displayed, and even if I turn it off and on again (at both the plug and the button on the front) it just comes back to the 3 dashes on the display.

I can’t seem to get past this – I’ve tried to reset, but can only find reset instructions for different models, have fully cleaned the filter etc, and have checked the internals to see if the little foam float thing (aqua stop?) had been activated, but this was bone dry.

Anyone experienced this, or know how to proceed from here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
