    Hi
    can anyone tell me how to get to the drain-hose on a SMEG DF614WE as the hose has split and needs replacing.

    Lower front cover plate off, push off the centre of the base panel. Lean the machine back, undo the screw on the pump, push it off and let it hang through the base for complete access.

    Power off first.
