    Hi There,

I have a Smeg DI 612 CA Dishwasher thats not even 12mts old. I opened the dishwasher door and water started over flowing at the bottom of the door. I imediatly turned it off and drained the excess water through the drain program.

I ran various programs after the leak and the E2 error kept appering, no hot water and i dont seem to have a drainage bowl at the bottom of my dishwasher as it is intergrated. When you remove all the floor of the dishwasher you can’t access underneath it.

I have read the manual and tried various time to do a reset but to no avail.

If i run a program now it comes up with the E1 error.

    Can you please help.

    Thanks,

    Scott

Why? It’s under warranty – phone them in the morning.

E1 + E2 are both water level control issues.

    Hi Penguin45,

Thank you for the speedy responce.

I will call Smeg today but i might have a slight problem. The company who fitted my kitchen are no longer trading and i didnt send off the warrenty so Smeg could say the warrenty is invalid as it says you must send it off within 30 days of purchase.

Any information in the mean time would be appriciated?

    Regards,

    Scott
