    going here on monday cust says starts fine after about 10 mins or so it beeps as if door open then beeps again and starts washing again and continues to do this.he opened door and changed programme and it completed fine,next time same again.any ideas

    Think you need to visit it and record the error code, as Its after 10 mins then maybe a heater fault?

    thanks for reply mark i was thinking heater myself but he said afetr he restarted on diff prog it finished fine and dried as dishes where warm when he opened door.could it be a faulty door lock?are these prone to failure or pcb?

    dont see too many of these so cannot say if its common or not. Sometimes get leaks through the door latch slot which get on the door microswitch, usually door damage or hinge problem but can sometimes be solved by tightening up the door latch to make the door close tighter.
