Smeg DI6013-1 stuck on “End” setting

Help!!!

First post so please be kind. My Smeg DI6013-1 integrated dishwasher won’t change from the “End” setting. I’ve tried switching it on and off, on the switch and at the wall, but no joy. I’ve done some googling and found “reset” instructions for other Smeg models (including, I assume ones with the controls on the front of the door rather than hidden away inside) , but not for mine.

I’m really dissapointed with Smeg, all of my appliances are less than 2 years old, and so far I’ve had a top of the range American fridge, and now this dishwasher go wrong!

Any help gratefully appreciated…thanks in advance.

Unplug it and leave it for 48 hrs it may reset itself if it doesn’t email Smeg Cust services as they may do you a concessionary repair

Hi, I saw your message about your dishwasher from last year. I have exactly the same model, and exactly the same problem.

Did you manage to find a solution?

I found that if I hold down the “Half Load” button, then the program button works (Only when the half load button is held).. Pain in the backside though !!

I had the same problem, just opened up the PCB and found a bit of corrosion on the left most led. I brushed it off with a toothbrush and put it all back together again. Early days but so far it’s back to normal
