Got a call to this dishwasher to day customer not used for a couple of weeks, dispenser not opening but unsure of what was happening i,ve checked dispenser solenoid, heater checked for blockages, it seems to fill and circulate okay but wont dispense or heat i suspect a faulty pcb just wondering if this is a common fault. JJ

not a common fault. IME. they usually start to heat and open the dipsenser at the same time but seperatly operated from the board. The absence os a fault code would indicate a board failure.
