Good evening & Happy New Year!

I had hoped that I’d sorted several faults with the above dishwasher in the week running up to Christmas. (Water leak from front, anti-flood activated, noisy drain pump, and a broken door hinge rope.)

However, one or two of the above have recurred resulting in a return visit this afternoon!

It appears that all is well until three or four cycles have been completed, whereby the anti-flood device is activated again! (I realise, and have experienced water in the base on several makes and models, and have dried the base out, prior to being unable to find any evidence of a leak!) and all has been well since…

So, I dried out the base in the above m/c, and could not detect an internal leak when monitoring, nor an external leak, which had also been reported.

I renewed the very worn/noisy drain pump, along with both door seals, and a door hinge rope about ten days ago, and all appeared fine when testing on a cycle for around twenty minutes.

However, I received a call yesterday to say that the dishwasher had gone into anti-flood mode again, and water was also dripping from the bottom of the appliance.

Today I confirmed that there was a little water in the base, (mainly in the circular section of the float) and thoroughly dried it out, prior to running on two different cycles of around 20-30 minutes each.

Yet, when closing inspecting/monitoring there is absolutely no internal, or external leakage evident! (bone dry internally and externally, along with all plumbing pipes etc.)

So, we agreed that the customer will now monitor the above, with the side and lower front panels removed for convenience.

Wondering if anyone can shed some light on this mystery?!
