Smeg dishwasher

We have a Smeg DWd1SSE which is showing eroor code E8 during wash cycle and sometimes on power up. Nothing listed in the fault code section which could help.

Any takers ❓

Hi Don,
had one of these just yesterday, found the pipe between sump and metering tank on left hand side full of crud.Took off metering tank and flushed out pipe and tank. HTH 😀

Wouldnt be an E8 fault, and old style anyway. They have not used that set up for a good few years now.
