    model dwi40 the unit will turn on and neon comes on but when you press programme button it does not programme so will not start.is this a board fault or a child lock or something any common problems?

    Door latch in closed position can cause this.

    the door shuts ok. it would not if door latch was closed? am i right in thinking this?.
