client not used for over 24 months, said an error code came up but cant remember what

very helpful

you can select any programme

drain pump runs and times out

no water intake on any programme

i filled manually …drain pump kicks in and pumps out water and times out
this unit is built into a stainless steel sink/cabinet combo, so reluctant to try and investigate much further as it looks a pain to access diswasher, other than control panel in door

what do you mean drain pump “times out” this one should pump for around 3 minutes, filling short spurts of water while doing so (which you may not hear due to the pump noise).
That is a great appliance to repair as the customer is stuck with the diswasher due to having to change the kitchen sink if they want to replace! You can quote what you like really.
Obviously check the undertray for leaks and if it is not filling it may be the valve. The diswasher will slide out of its housing very easily once the obvious screws are removed.
worth perservering on.

thanks..no fill at all, drain pump runs it time period and machine sit awaiting it looks like i will have to remove for further investigation, get you point about fixing screws
will remove and test inlet valve
