    Plastic turbine assy on WASHER motor(washer pump) needs to be replaced as bearings/seal is broken.
    Have obtained new part but not sure how tight to attach to motor spindle-is there a specified torque setting?.I have tried asking Smeg directly for a manual,but they just told me to ask an approved Smeg engineer.
    Cananybody help please?

    There is no specified torque to fit it. Generally, hand tighten until it bottoms on the step of the shaft. First time it runs, it’ll tighten itself a little more.

    Study the screw thread carefully before fitting – some of these are LEFT HANDED.

    Power off, of course.
