    Hi,
    Some help please……

I cannot select another programme on my dishwasher. The 1st light (rinse programme) on the dishwasher is permanently lit and if i press the programme button to change to a different programme it doesn’t change and the rinse programme starts even if the door is open. The programme continues until its finished with the rinse button not being lit anymore but flashing. When this happens i cannot change to another programme and nothing else happens when i turn it off or back on.

What i did do was press the select button 3 times after i’ve switch it back on then the rinse button lits permanently plus the last programme button (intensive wash button is flashing only). This programme seems to start and continues until it stops with water still in the bottom with the third button lid (normal wash programme) and the last button flashing. If I press the programme button again it drains all the water and finishes with all the programme buttons flashing.

When I turn it off and on again it starts at the beginning as described above with the 1st button lit.

I’ve checked the dish washer and established the following:

    1. No leakage
    2. water intake works
    3. drainage works
    4. Heating element works

The obvious thing that comes to mind is it’s an electronic fault. Please let me know if you have any information to fix this problem.

Door latch is probably in the closed position – no buttons work if the door switch is operated.
