Smeg dishwasher E4.

Smeg dishwasher. Model:- Di612CA9. S/N:- 91216 0709 0.

Keep getting E4 error as soon as the program starts. I have searched for the NTC; can’t find it! They are normally on the back of the door panel but looked up the part just now and this one resembles the Whirlpool type that bayonet fits to the sump. I did look around the sump but the machine’s rear legs were tiled in and inaccessible so my view was limited.
Is E4 an NTC failure on this type? I detest repairing Smeg stuff so any help would be appreciated like part number and location of the NTC.

yes correct feeler type in sump

cant 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} confirm E4 error but looks likely

did you try a bit of hot water in the sump as a test. Alters resistance on start up so if it goes for longer chances are its correct fault
