Smeg Dishwasher not emptying at end of cycle

Hi,

Our Smeg diswasher is not pumping out water at the end of each cycle. If you empty it manually it will run through the next cycle but stop again without pumping out the water.

Any ideas for fixes gratefully received

Drain pump/sink coupling blockage, failed drain pump.

Model number please if you need more specific information.

Dismantling of the drain pump to remove whatever is blocking it is your course of action 😉
