smeg dishwasher stops starts

hi we have problem with smeg dwi 710 it pumps at first, then it fills a little then pumps a little then fills. It does this a few times then it stops and you can here a buzzing noise any ideas. ❓

It sounds like the circulation motor can’t start to me, either siezed, blocked or capacitor more than likely 😀

check the dispenser coil coz this can affect the p.c.b. if its o/c 🙂
