Smeg Dual Fuel Oven. Cuts out but DOES NOT over heat. SY92PX8

Hello, you wonderful people, this is a repeat cry for help. Main Oven occasionally cuts out mid cook.
Smeg replaced relay board. Didnt work. Smeg replaced door switch. Didnt work.
I replaced oven cooling fan and its stat, several months ago.
This week oven cut out. Little oven remains useable.
Tried to , pull oven out and test stuff whilst in this state, could find no fault . +ve was present at fan.
About to look for -ve breaks, when the damn thing came back to life.

Smeg engineers insist they have repaired it twice, out of guarantee on each subsequent visit.
Just thought I’d mention that . Of course they can not find fault.

If anyone has any ideas, clues, please let me know.

its one of those faults that comes and goes

will be a bad joint or switch somewhere

but where that’s the problem
