The lower oven on my Smeg DUCO8CSS is not heating. I am told there is a reset switch but do not know where? If not this what else could be wrong?

What does the oven do? Fan on, light on, cycle lamp lit? Far and away the most likely culprit is the fan oven element.

There is a one-shot safety thermostat on the rear of the oven, p/no 818730567. spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will get you one promptly if required.
Stay safe, power off when working on the oven.
