Smeg DW1612c Dishwasher Leaking

The above integrated dishwasher starts to leak at the lower edge of the door after about 25 minutes once the water gets hot.

I have removed the door panels and noticed there are signs of leaking along the edge of the bottom door seal. I have removed the door seal checked for damage, cleaned and replaced but the problem persists.

The water level looks OK. The only option I can see is replace the seal but as I can’t see a problem with the old one I’m not convinced this will resolve the problem.

Is this a know problem with these machines?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Not a common problem at all, dont want to suggest the obvious but have you checked for clean and free turning spray arms?

It’s the obvious that gets missed so any suggestion is welcome.

I did have a quick look at the spary arms but thought it would have leaked before it got hot.
