Smeg DW1710E1 Dishwasher fault code diagnosis please.

Good afternoon to all you happy repairers.

I don’t usually take on Smeg dishwashers especially the newer ones. But as the customer only lives about 400 yards away, I said I would take a look 🙁

Smeg Dishwasher DWi 710E1

From the left hand side programme lights 4 and 5 flash

Apparently the machine will compleate a pre wash ok. But any other programme will eventually end up with the machine beeping once and the above fault code flashing. Heating?.

Any help with the fault code would be appreciated

4 + 5 not listed Malc. Heat’s a good bet though.
