Smeg DW64 SSE stuck on wash cycle

Can anybody help?

My Smeg dishwasher is stuck in the wash cycle. I run a normal wash it runs through the first rinse cycle ok starts the wash cycle and just keep running that cycle.
The Dishwasher fills, heats up the water and drains OK.

Has anybody come across this problem before?

Are any of the lights on the front flashing or coming on Peter ?

These may help as they normally indicate a fault and they are a “pointer”,

Hi Dave,
Thanks for getting back to me

This is the sequence
· Pre wash light flashes
· Wash cycle light flashes
· Wash cycle light then stays on
· Then it stays in the wash cycle

Is there a reset button on the appliance

Pete, sorry to be a pain, could you list them as they appear left to right please as that’s the way they are shown on my sheet, rather than the lamp indication names.
