Smeg DWD1SSE- Error Code

I’ve got a call on Monday to one of these d/w, I have replaced the main PCB and programme selector and rectified the first problem. The customer has just come back on with error code E1 on the display. I can only find error codes E2 onwards so does anyone know what E1 means and any poss solution?

hi

if i remember correctly e1 is a heating problem,dont quote me on it but i’m sure it is.
