    Hi guys i have this little beauty that does the prewash on all cycles (including hot)but when it comes to wash it heats /washes for about 20 mins then resets and the soak and prewash lights illuminate. It then sits with water in it and does nothing.Please help as my sanity it pushed today yet another lemon arrghh.

    I had one a while back that turned out to be the alternating wash valve. it would seem to run normally but then just reset. I can’t remember which lights were flashing though.

    No lights flash, it just sits there with the lights on steady.
