SMEG DWF 410 SS – Error Code E1

Hi,

My SMEG DWF 410 SS dishwasher has been working perfectly for a couple of years until yesterday when it started displaying the E1 error code.

For clarity I thought it might be helpful to include a photograph of the front panel showing the error code and the lights which were illuminated:

The inside of the dishwasher is not getting wet and it sounds like it is trying to pump water in but nothing is coming through.

Any thoughts or suggestions on possible solutions would be very much appreciated.

Does anyone have any suggestions for possible solutions, or do I need to call out and engineer?

If I need to call out an engineer, any recommendations central London in the London Bridge area?
