    Going to this one on Monday,

    Customer says sets on prog, presses start, pump ops for 2 secs all lights on, then does nothing else.

    Any ideas please.

    Check the solenoid on the dispenser for o/c ,Don’t know how but it causes this fault

    …and if when you meter it you get a normal reading, try bending the contacts up and down slightly which will show the break in the circuit if it’s faulty 😉

    Thanks for the info,spot on with the diagnosis.customer amazed that I was able to fix it straight away.

    Especially as he is an X ray machine service engineer.
