Hi!
My dishwasher is not stopping when the door is opened.
It used to stop before.
Dismantled upper front cover to test lock and switch (mains disconnected).
When tested with multimeter, the switch opens and closes when the
door is opened/closed and seems to bre fine.
Any clues as what could be faulty?

If the switch tested out ok, then your problem lies with the part that activates the switch, and nit the switch itself

I can not remember, but I believe when the switch is inserted into door lock assembly, the wires are not accessible.
Tried opening and closing the door, with upper front removed, and the lock and switch were making all proper clicking noises as if everything was fine.
I’ll have a look again.
