customer reports that every now and then the appliance stops full of water with the 3rd indicator light flashing, pressing the start button resarts the programe and it completes the cycle, i have reset this appliance about 3 weeks ago as it would not respont to any control functions, cleaned out the sump and pipes and the drain pump seems fine. Any ideas.

The only fault codewith lamp 3 flashing should also have lamp 1 on all the time.

This is an alternating valve fault (upper/lower spray arm director next to the circ motor).
