At some stage the Normal & Bio cycles (haven’t tried all) get into a loop wherein the machine whooshes away then stops but the double-beep sounds and it re-starts whooshing. It does this every 70 seconds ad infinitum. Tablet has been dispensed but the cabinet is not steaming hot when opened at expected end-time and contents have not been properly cleaned. Switching to the soak program brings it to an end when that program finishes normally.

No error code on the binary flashing light display but have siphoned out salt container (acidic water so we don’t use salt) and under filter and performed the reset procedure but with no effect. It being integrated would make tipping it back a major hassle but it’s installed at a raised level so siphoning was possible and extracted more than a litre.

A clue or two would be much appreciated.

This post didn’t seem to get a reply, but I have exactly the same problem.

Soap dispenser solenoid, motor capacitor and mains suppressor all swapped. Still got the same problem. Does that mean it must be the controller?
