Smeg DWI 710 Int’ D’W

Got a Smeg DWI 710 integrated dishwasher (4 years old) fills with water but refuses to wash, the circulation motor hums, i’ve taken off the hose from sump to Circulation Pump & it seems to turn o.k by my finger, is there a capacitor in circuit here, i’ve priced a motor & they’re about £135ish, does the motor normally give bother on these ??

Yeah Seamy, it has a cap on it, no value given and it’s mounted to the top right of the motor from the front.
