Similar fault to Wizards posting in April, machine won’t reset (I’ll try the on off reset on next visit).
This machine is showing lights 1 and 4, and the fifth flashing while running. Thats soak and normal, intensive flashing.
Customer just bought the house with this machine in so no history at all.

According to what I can see Tony that means it’s on a test cycle and:

PAUSE: at the end of regeneration the appliance will
STOP – press the programme button to continue

Reset or allowing it to continue should cure that.

All those lights solid is E6, no drain basically.
