    this machine is in a rental the info i can get is the last time she ran it it went on for about 10 hours so i told her to cancel and re run a programme for any fault lights etc and heat.
    She said after about 1 hour there was no heat after about 3 she checked it and it was warm it ran for another few hours washing until she cancelled it.
    any ideas drained fine.

    heater? Maybe the “warmth” was just from friction of water being circulated for 3 hours!

    would it not give a fault code?

    no pretty sure on those the F3 will only show up on the test programe.
