Smeg DWI45.1 Fault without Errors

Hi

I have a slimline model 12140 which seems to work fine on the ‘cold prewash’ program, but with all other programs requiring heating, the water does not heat.

Also, once it begins washing (in said cold water) it gets endless stuck in a perpetual 70second loop of pausing, bleeping (the same short bleeps as after a door has been opened & closed mid program), and continuing – thus never finishing a program.

No error lights appear at all.

Any ideas?

if you call smeg they will change the board
call a good local engineer they may be able to repair the board
