Smeg DWI612C need a manual

Hi

I bought a SMEG DWI612C about 10 months ago, and have only just actually installed it.

First off its water heater died after 2 days, so a man came and replaced the part under warranty.

Now a week later it is “frozen” on the 4th light (the 3 plates together setting) with the light flashing.

I need a manual as I have lost the original, but the smeg support site is broken.

Does anyone have a manual that could be emailed etc?
