Not been out to it yet, customer insists all lights are flashing.

Is it a case of checking the dispenser and mains filter first or does anything else cause this ?

Called this morning, as soon as you switch on all five lights are flashing.

Pressing and holding in the programme button for a few seconds gives out a single beep but nothing changes. It will not do anything.

Machine has been very lightly used, in fact it looks as though it has never been used it is that clean inside and out.

All wiring and components appear perfect and megger out OK.

Could it just be a PCB failure without any outside cause?

PS. does anyone know the part number of the PCB and approx cost?

    Thanks. Jim.
