Smeg DWI710E1 D/washer Stuck on Rinse

Hi,

I think this machine is badged as other machines also, like Neff and Bosch etc.

Opening the door exposes the programming button on top LH side and ON/OFF switch on top RH side.

It remains stuck on the rinse progamme. Pressing the prog button will not advance the lights at all to other progs.

Is their a prog resetting procedure or is this a duff programmer. The machine will do the rinse cycle and finish each time the machine starts again.

check the dispenser coil Lawrence, just slave on a solonoid valve to prove it.

Hi dont know if this helps but did you try holding the rinse button down for a few seconds as this can reset the progam and then change the programs. :rolls:
