smeg fault codes not in manual

hi
we put our smeg dishwasher on lastnight and for the 1st time in a long time it didnt finish the program.
the 2 outer lights are off and the inner 2 lights are on,.

any one know what this fault is ??

It sounds as if it’s stuck in the test cycle, either that or there’s a weird fault I can’t see listed which will often point toward a board failure on those machines.

To reset it…

Switch off the machine

Repeat the procedure to restart the test cycle (open the door and switch on the machine and within 3 sec press 4 times the button “Start/Pause”)
switch off the machine

The test cycle is reset, it is possible to select any programme.

If that doesn’t clear it then it’s a pukka fault and, as I said, probably with the PCB although there are other possibilities.

the 2 outer lights are lighted up now and not the 2 inner ones, it also wont reset.
any one got any ideas?
