    The above integrated Combi Microwave Oven has 3 PCB’s, It looks as if the first is a power card connected to a control card then a small ribbon cable connects to a selector PCB. The Selector PCB has a single button and 8 LED’s which should show which of the microwave, grill or oven or combination is selected.

    Pressing the button has no affect on the machine and none of the LED’s will light.

    I have removed the Selector PCB and proved the button works so assume the fault is probably in the control PCB but can not be sure.

    The PC B’s are made by Brandt so I assume there are other models with similar control boards.

    Does anyone have experience with these machines?

    Just a thought have you checked door switches are operating ?

    I have checked the door switches (including the one hidden away in the back). I have also checked the monitor fuse and thermostats.
