SMEG fridge freezer FAB32 lfr — NOT starting

All that happens is the top panel lights keep flashing……
I’ve tried all sorts of button combos but nothing seems to work
it does however say on L/H/S it shows either LL or 0 R/H/S shows either L or 9

Any ideas?

PS: it was an EX-display model, if that helps?

It is an error code by the sound of it but just what it’s telling you I can’t seem to find out.

Lawrence or one of the Smeg agents may be able to point you in the right direction but my best guess, a sensor error.

Do you have either of their user names or contact phone numbers then please?

Can’t find any reference to those codes only one referring to LL &. L which is display locked – press and hold alarm button to release
if it’s new then book a service call with Smeg

Was it plugged in on display? If so it may have been put into demo mode.

YES it was a display model but the cx doesn’t know if it plugged in or not…… How do I get it off the demo mode please?
