Smeg Fridge running out

I have a smeg retro style fridge and its running out -there is always a pool of water around the bottom. the seal doesn’t seem to be sticking well on all sides when the door is shut -I wonder if anyone has had this problem or if you know how much a new seal is to buy and fit. Many thanks

Hi,

Try checking the defrost water channel that leads to the defrost drain hose on the inner rear wall of the fridge.
You will probaly find its blocked with crud, just probe it with a flexible pipe cleaner or straw to clear it out.
