    Can anybody tell me if there is an easy way of getting into the electrics on this, the unit is completely dead.
    I don’t normally get involved in cooker hoods but as its for a good customer of mine I would like to try to repair it for him.
    any help would be appreciated.

    The main pcb is under the bottom section of the chimney. If the installation allows you can slide it up for access, otherwise it has to be taken down – serious hassle

    Thanks for that, I was hoping it would be something like that but didn’t want to force anything. it may just be a power supply fault as customer unable to find where the power connection/switch is located
