Smeg Integrated Dishwasher Door Drops

Hi anyone know parts required on a Smeg Integrated full size Dishwasher to stop door just dropping. Obviously string / rope (told by customer they can see a broken white chord) and springs involved. Just call is quite a long way out to travel to so would be helpful to go in with correct parts to avoid having to go back. Model is DI612E S/N 139385 701190229 03 00 If anyone can help many thanks

its probably just the cord provided the hinges have not been damaged
