Smeg integrated dishwasher Error code E2

Hi, Im going out to one of these tomorrow. Dont know the model number as yet but the customer has reported error code E2.
Had a look on here and the fault relates to an over fill. Does anyone have any suggestions for this? i.e. flow meter failure perhaps of something typical with it’s pressure system?

Not seen many but the small rubber ‘O’ rings at the bottom of the water inlet/fill chamber are prone to leaking, ( Right hand side from front)

Also had one were the seal to the lower spray arm had swollen and popped out from the housing.
