SMEG Integrated fan oven not heating – please help?

Hi, I’m looking for some advice.
I have a SMEG integrated fan oven which is not heating. I had the element checked and it was found to be faulty so I replaced it with a new one. The oven is still not heating and I have noticed that the fan is not working either. The clock and timer are working as normal as is the oven light. I’m thinking that I need to replace the thermostat? Any advice gratefully received

Is it on auto by any chance?

Hi, thanks for the reply. The model number is SE378MFX5.. I’ve checked and it’s not on auto. Any advice gratefully received.

Check the safety stat, this one:

Also check you have a time set on the clock if no time is set the oven and fan will not work.
