Participanthi, does any one know what left to right led 4& 5 flashing means as this does not seem to be a normal fault

It’s not, it’s one of those odd one’s that in theory doesn’t exist.
Check the dispenser solenoid as these do odd things to the PCB’s and it might be worth a reset.

Sometimes the machines will go on to this after first displaying another fault. Run the machine through a cycle again to see where it stops and it should display the underlying fault code (although sometiimes not for long).

Had the same today. Mine was a Teka branded model. It was a blocked metering hose system. This can sometimes be cleaned with your trusty syringe and a length of pressure hose:
Remove the black non-return valve under the filter then suck and blow some water through the pipes. However, it woiuldn’t work for me today and I had to strip it down as the gunk was in the metering chamber inside the right hand side wall.

TDW59.2FI?
It’s almost a certainty that the air break will be clogged if it’s over 2 years old.
Same problem as the Smeg branded ones but with cheaper customers 🙄Craig

If lamp 1 was on and lamp 5 was flashing it’s an anti-flood detection (flooded base).
I would remove the whole air break and flush it right out (if you haven’t done that already).
Unless there is a leak in to the base of course 😉
